How it works
One account for headquarters
Headquarters subscribes once. One monthly invoice for the whole network, with your company name, address and VAT number.
A login for every location
Send us the locations from your account page. We set up each login, and its share of the monthly conversions, within one business day.
Every machine format
DXF, DST, PES, JEF, G-code, EPS, PDF, SVG, 3MF. Each location uploads the customer file and downloads what its machine reads.
A person for the hard files
When a file is too rough for software, a person redraws it and sends it back within 24 hours, from the network’s monthly quota.
Decide on facts: run a pilot first
Pick up to 5 locations, run the Network Pilot on their real customer files, then look at the numbers with us: files handled per location, files a person had to fix, and the prepress time your teams got back. Rolling out is a plan change, not a new project.

Questions from headquarters
How do locations share the conversions?
The plan gives the network a number of conversions each month. You tell us how to split them between locations (equal shares, or more for the busy ones) and we set it up. To change the split, email us: it is done within one business day. Unused conversions roll over.
Can we start small?
Yes. The Network Pilot covers up to 5 locations you choose. When you roll out to more locations, we move your account to Network 10, 25 or 50 the same day: no new contract.
Can each location try it before we decide?
Yes. Every location can test it on 3 of its own customer files for free from the page of its trade, below.
How is it billed?
Monthly, by Stripe, to headquarters only: one invoice for the network, downloadable from your billing page. If your accounts payable team needs another way to pay, tell us in the form below.
Do the files carry your brand?
No. Delivered files have no watermark and no logo, so your locations hand them to customers or send them to production as their own work.
More than 50 locations, or a central upload system?
We quote a network rate above 50 locations. If your network has one upload system for every location, the API plugs into it: same formats, usage-based pricing.
