FAQ

What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet packs many designs onto one large DTF transfer film (commonly 22″ wide, 12″ to 120″ long) so you pay for one print run instead of many. Print shops charge by the sheet — tighter packing means lower cost per design.

What file does this produce?

A print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI (150 DPI for the 120″ length, due to browser canvas limits) — the format DTF printers and print services expect for gang sheets.

Is it really free? Is anything uploaded?

Yes, free — and nothing leaves your browser. The packing and the PNG export run entirely on your machine.

What size should each design be?

Set each design's printed width in inches (a chest print is typically 10-11″, a left-chest logo 3-4″, a sleeve print 2-3″). Height follows the design's own proportions automatically.

My design is blurry on the sheet — why?

The sheet exports at 300 DPI, so a design printed 10″ wide needs roughly 3000px of source width. If your source is smaller, upscale it first with the AI upscaler, or vectorize it for infinite resolution.
